When can I expect my order?
Of course we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Do you order on working days before 7:00 PM? Then we will ship your package on the same day. Do you order on working days after 7:00 PM? Then you can assume that you will receive the package within 2 working days. Do you place an order on the weekend? Then we will prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order under €30,-. Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL parcel.
Smoke detector with 10-year battery life
A smoke detector is a small device which provides protection from smoke and fire. A smoke detector is essential in every household and office. If there is a fire, you need to know immediately, so you can act accordingly. This SA-110 QUAD smoke detector will fulfil this action for you. When smoke is detected the smoke detector will warn you with an 85-decibel alarm. For comparison, this is the level doctors advise wearing earplugs. In other words, a sound level you cannot ever miss!

Time-out, hush, test and reset button
If there is a fire, the SA-110 QUAD will advise you promptly with a very loud alarm. If the fire is small and you manage to put it out, you can manually turn off the alarm. It is advisable to test your smoke detectors often, and you use the same button for this. For extra easy use and safety, the entire front is the Hush-button / Test button.
This way you can never miss the button especially if you are using a stick or broom to push it.

Alecto SA-110 TRIPLE - Rookmelder met 10 jaar sensor en batterij, 3 pack
Na twee jaar gebruik gaat één van onze rookmelders meerdere keren per week zomaar af en schakelt zichzelf ook weer uit. Kan de bedoeling niet zijn! Je schrikt telkens, maar erger, je weet niet of de rookmelder nog betrouwbaar is in geval van brand.
Niks aan de hand. Geen rook, geen stof, geen enkele aanleiding om te gaan piepen. Tenzij het de waarschuwing is dat de batterij leeg raakt.... (?)
Na twee jaar al????
Ontmanteld en afgevoerd. Op zoek naar een andere!
O ja: doe geen moeite om contact met me op te nemen!
4 rookmelders aangeschaft waarvan de eerste binnen een half jaar midden in de nacht een vals alarm gaf. Deze valse meldingen kun je alleen stoppen door de bedrading kapot te knippen. Nu 2 jaar verder, heb ik vannacht de 3de melder kapot geknipt. Voor ons waren dit waardeloze rookmelders, inmiddels overgestapt naar een ander merk. De koolstofmonoxide melder van dit merk werkt wel prima.
Na 3 maanden begon een van de melders al te piepen dat de batterij leeg zou zijn.
Via leverancier netjes een nieuwe melder toegestuurd gekregen.
Nu 1,5 jaar later is er weer een probleem met de batterij.
Voor mij alleen nog maar rookmelders met een batterij, dan maar 1x per jaar de batterij vervangen ipv accu's niet het nog geen 2 jaar volhouden.
