When can I expect my order?
Of course we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Do you order on working days before 7:00 PM? Then we will ship your package on the same day. Do you order on working days after 7:00 PM? Then you can assume that you will receive the package within 2 working days. Do you place an order on the weekend? Then we will prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order under €30,-. Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL parcel.

Long lifespan and easy mounting
This compact design smoke detector has a lithium battery with a 10-year lifespan built in, next to this the sensor also has a long life of 10 years. Time-out, hush, test and reset button
If there is a fire, the SA-110 DUO will advise you promptly with a very loud alarm. If the fire is small and you manage to put it out, you can manually turn off the alarm. It is advisable to test your smoke detectors often, and you use the same button for this. For extra easy use and safety, the entire front is the Hush-button / Test button.
This way you can never miss the button especially if you are using a stick or broom to push it.

Heb 7 rookmelders hangen. Binnen 3 jaar al 5 moeten vervangen omdat de batterijen leeg waren (aangezien de batterij zelf niet vervangen kan worden). 10 jaar batterij levensduur lijkt nergens op gebaseerd.

Makkelijk besteld snel in huis werkt perfect
Heb eind december 2021, 4 stuks smoke detector SA-110 QUAD gekocht en sinds enkele maanden gaan twee van 4 melders spontaan op de gekste tijdstippen (meestal tussen 06.00 en 07.00) af. De melders hangen op een goede plek zijn niet stoffig of iets dergelijks maar werken niet zo als het hoort. Helaas heb je maar twee jaar de garantie. Wat heb ik aan dit product met een batterij voor 10 jaar??
Binnen 48 uur na mijn melding van defect op zondagmidag op dinsdagmiddag een nieuwe rookmelder Alecta SA-110 mogen ontvangen. Dit noem ik service met een grote Customer Care met een grote C.
