When can I expect to receive my order?

We do everything we can to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

If you place your order on a working day before 8 pm, we’ll dispatch your parcel the very same day. You’ll usually receive it within 1 to 2 working days.

If you place your order before Saturday afternoon, you’ll receive your parcel on Monday.

If you place your order on Sunday, we’ll prepare your order for dispatch on Monday. You can expect to receive your parcel on Tuesday..

Will I have to pay shipping costs?

You won’t pay any shipping costs if the order you place is for more than € 30. If you place an order for less than € 30, we will charge you an amount of € 4.95 for shipping costs.

Which courier do you use?

We ship all orders via DHL, which will deliver your order to the address specified by you. If you are not home, the delivery driver will leave you a card showing your new delivery date. A signature is required for all our DHL deliveries.

Can I track my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a track & trace number so that you can track your DHL parcel.
