When can I expect my order?
We do everything we can to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
If you place your order on a working day before 8 pm, we’ll dispatch your parcel the very same day. You’ll usually receive it within 1 to 2 working days.
If you place your order before Saturday afternoon, you’ll receive your parcel on Monday.
If you place your order on Sunday, we’ll prepare your order for dispatch on Monday. You can expect to receive your parcel on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order under €30,-. Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL parcel.
