If you have ordered something from us but are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry! We offer all our webshop customers a ‘not-satisfied-money-back’ warranty. You can cancel your order with us free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. Legally, consumers have 14 days in which to return products. However, we have extended this period to 30 days. This means that you have 30 days after the date on which you cancel your order to return products to us.
  2. The product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging (if reasonably possible).
  3. If returning a product via DHL Parcel, you can register your return by contacting our customer service team.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED A PRODUCT THAT IS INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED?

When you place an order with us, you can rely on receiving a high-quality product. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incomplete after placing an order via our webshop, we will gladly rectify this situation for you. If your product becomes defective during the return period, you can claim under your warranty via our customer service team. 

Every product you buy via our webshop comes with a two-year statutory warranty. This means that a product must do or be what you as a customer should reasonably be able to expect of it. The warranties we provide and any manufacturers’ warranties will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND AFTER RETURNING A PRODUCT?

As soon as you return a product or products you ordered via the webshop, we will refund the purchase amount and delivery costs to you as soon as possible. You will receive your refund within a maximum of 10 days. We may decide not to issue a refund to you until we have received the article in question, or until you have proved that you have returned it to us (whichever comes first). The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the payment method you used for the original transaction.
