When can I expect my order?
Of course we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Do you order on working days before 7:00 PM? Then we will ship your package on the same day. Do you order on working days after 7:00 PM? Then you can assume that you will receive the package within 2 working days. Do you place an order on the weekend? Then we will prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order under €30,-. Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL parcel.

Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm in one
In addition to the fact that the smoke alarm gives you a quick warning in case of smoke or fire, it also gives a notification in case of carbon monoxide development. This means you don't have to install a separate device to keep an eye on carbon monoxide. It’s extra advantageous! A CO alarm should be installed in each room containing a combustion source (e.g., central heating boiler, fireplace, stove).
Durable battery and sensors
This durable smoke and carbon monoxide alarm has a built-in lithium battery with a lifespan of 10 years. It also has 2 sensors with a lifespan of 10 years. This product comes with a 10-year warranty. When the battery is low and in need of replacement, the device will give a notification. It will not cease functioning straight after, but it is then advisable to replace the alarm as soon as possible. Because the sensor and battery have the same lifespan, you won’t have to change any batteries and you don’t need to keep an eye on the sensors’ lifespan.
Alarm volume and assembly
The alarm is extra loud so you can't miss it. You will also hear it in your sleep. There is one hush/mute button to temporarily stop the alarm when you have found the cause of the fire and extinguished it. You can install the durable smoke and carbon monoxide alarm on the ceiling. The mounting material is included, making assembly easy.

Alarm sca-10 gekocht. Ongeveer 1,5 jaar geleden. 1 voor in het appartement en 1 voor in het chalet. Nu piepte het alarm om de paar seconden. Contact opgenomen met Alecto en binnen een week en zonder gezeur een nieuwe gekregen.
Reactie op voorgaande review. In het begin is het flitsen wat hinderlijk maar het went en ik begrijp dat het nodig is om te weten dat het apparaat correct werkt.
Flitst alle 40 tellen en voor zover ik zie niet te dimmen. Heb er er transparant papier over geplakt, maar dat kan de bedoeling niet zijn.
Alle 40 Zählungen und soweit ich nicht dumm sehe. Ich habe transparentes Papier darauf gesteckt, aber das kann nicht die Absicht sein.
