When can I expect my order?
Of course we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Do you order on working days before 7:00 PM? Then we will ship your package on the same day. Do you order on working days after 7:00 PM? Then you can assume that you will receive the package within 2 working days. Do you place an order on the weekend? Then we will prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order under €30,-. Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL parcel.

De SA-20 rookmelder heb ik eerder teruggestuurd omdat deze met een gat in de bodemplaat niet goed te combineren is met de magnetische ophanging.. Volgens de klantenservice zou elke andere rookmelder dit probleem niet hebben....
Dus de SA-16 besteld (en helaas niet bovenstaande review gelezen) . De SA-16 is op de website inderdaad afgebeeld met dichte bodemplaat., echter in werkelijkheid wordt deze rookmelder nu ook geleverd met open bodemplaat.
Buitengewoon slordig.
Zeker als deze apparaten in voordelige combinatie worden aangeboden met de MK-2 magnetische bevestigingsschijven..

De rookmelder zou volgens de verpakking geschikt moeten zijn voor magnetische bevestiging. Helaas is dit niet het geval, aangezien er een gat is gemaakt in de bovenkant. Dit is de kant waar de magneet vastgeplakt moet worden en dat gaat niet echt met een stervormig gat. Ik heb geprobeerd alsnog de magneet te bevestigen, maar met alleen zijkanten die plakken blijft het niet lang zitten. Ben benieuwd of het de komende week nog blijft hangen, met een hete week aanstaande
Nach dem Paket sollte der Rauchmelder für die magnetische Befestigung geeignet sein. Leider ist dies nicht der Fall, da ein Loch oben hergestellt wurde. Dies ist die Seite, an der der Magnet festsitzt und das nicht wirklich zu einem sternförmigen Loch passt. Ich habe versucht, den Magneten zu bestätigen, aber mit nur Seiten, die kleben, hält er nicht lange an. Ich frage mich, ob es in der kommenden Woche mit einer heißen Woche als nächstes hängen wird
