When can I expect my order?
Of course we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Do you order on working days before 7:00 PM? Then we will ship your package on the same day. Do you order on working days after 7:00 PM? Then you can assume that you will receive the package within 2 working days. Do you place an order on the weekend? Then we will prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order under €30,-. Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.

Positief punt: De rookmelder is van bescheiden omvang en valt na montage niet echt op. De batterijen zijn gemakkelijk te activeren. Het geluid is indringend en kan niet worden genegeerd.
Punt van aandacht: het vast zetten van de rookmelder op de bodemplaat is lastig. Mij is het niet zonder aanpassing gelukt. Ik heb de vergrendeling moeten bijwerken met een stanley mes om het vastzetten van de rookmelder op de basisplaat soepel te laten verlopen. Dat betekent iets wegnemen aan de rookmelder zijde en iets wegnemen aan de basisplaat zijde. Nu is hij soepel van de plaat af te halen en gemakkelijk weer te plaatsen.
