When can I expect my order?
Of course we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Do you order on working days before 7:00 PM? Then we will ship your package on the same day. Do you order on working days after 7:00 PM? Then you can assume that you will receive the package within 2 working days. Do you place an order on the weekend? Then we will prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order under €30,-. Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL parcel.

Lifespan 10 years
This sleek design smoke detector has a lithium battery that lasts no less than 10 years and is energy efficient and reliable. The high-quality optical sensor also has a lifespan of 10 years so you are assured for the next 10 years you will be immediately alarmed if there is smoke or fire in the house. This product comes with a 10-year warranty. If the battery is almost empty, you will receive a warning.
Big hush, time-out, test and reset key
The Alecto SA300 3x features a large, yet discrete hush, time-out, test and reset button. The entire surface is a large button that you can easily press with the top of a broomstick. You no longer have to stand on a staircase to test the detector, switch off the detector or the alarm.
Easy installation
This compact smoke detector from Alecto is suitable for wall and ceiling mounting and is easy to install in the desired location. To make it even easier, it comes with a mounting base, screws and plugs. As soon as the smoke detector is clicked onto the mounting plate, the detector is activated. The best places to place smoke detectors are in the hallway or upstairs landing. These are often the escape routes if a fire breaks out in the house. If you want maximum security, install a smoke detector in every room where a fire could start.

Helaas geen goede ervaringen met deze rookmelders, alle rookmelders die we hebben gehad van deze serie beginnnen binnen een jaar te piepen, eerst elke uur in de nacht, soms elke minuut, soms elke 3 minuten.
Wel netjes een nieuwe gekregen, alleen precies hetzelfde verhaal na nog geen maand ophangen.
Uitblazen etc. hielp ook niet. Mijn nachtrust komt hier niet van ten goede helaas...
Ik heb er 2,5 jaar geleden 3 stuks aangeschaft. Vandaag ga ik voor de 4e keer terug naar de winkel met het ding. Rookmelder (RM) geeft geregeld een piep af om aan te geven dat batterij bijna leeg is. Dat gebeurt natuurlijk altijd midden in de nacht. Knettergek wordt je ervan. Levensduur batterij 10 jaar wordt dus bij lange na niet gehaald. Daarnaast is het geluidsniveau van 1 van de 3 RM's erg zwak.
Graag zou ik in een mail de factuur ontvangen. Die heb ik niet gekregen.
Ik heb er ruim een jaar geleden 3 gekocht en inmiddels zijn bij alle 3 de batterijen al op. En deze zijn niet te vervangen. Dus 1 jaar ipv 10 jaar. Miskoop helaas
