When can I expect my order?
Of course we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Do you order on working days before 7:00 PM? Then we will ship your package on the same day. Do you order on working days after 7:00 PM? Then you can assume that you will receive the package within 2 working days. Do you place an order on the weekend? Then we will prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.

Jaar geleden stuk of 5 van deze rookmelders gekocht. Nu al twee die blijven piepen omdat de batterij "op" is. Batterijen doorgemeten en allen netjes iets boven 3V. Dat zou goed moeten zijn maar volgens apparaat zijn ze op. Nieuwe batterijen meten 3.2V en daar doet hij het dan wel op. Ik heb een gevoel dat ook deze keer de 5 jaar niet gehaald wordt. Service nummer op apparaat is buiten gebruik
