This smart smoke alarm from Alecto has a loud local alarm and sends you a push notification on your phone when detecting smoke.

In case of fire or smoke development at night, you may miss the notification on your smartphone. That’s why this smoke alarm has an extra loud alarm of 85 dB. This quickly wakes you up, so you can act quickly.

An intuitive battery system

Sometimes, people do not replace the batteries of their smoke alarms because they must do so too often, or they don’t know that the battery is empty. The Alecto SMART-SMOKE10 Smart Zigbee smoke alarm is equipped with a battery with "low warning" and indicates the status of the battery using the app, meaning you can always be sure that your smoke alarm is working. Furthermore, this smoke alarm works on the open Zigbee protocol. This means that this smoke alarm uses a minimum amount of energy, which guarantees a long battery life of 12 months. After installing the smoke alarm, you will automatically receive a reminder when it is time to replace the battery.
