When can I expect my order?
Of course we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Do you order on working days before 7:00 PM? Then we will ship your package on the same day. Do you order on working days after 7:00 PM? Then you can assume that you will receive the package within 2 working days. Do you place an order on the weekend? Then we will prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order under €30,-. Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL parcel.

By linking the smoke alarm to smart systems such as Tuya or the Alecto Smart Life app (for Android and iOS), you can control all of Alecto’s Smart Life products with just one app. This enables you to keep an overview for yourself, which is useful when it comes to your home’s fire safety.
The Alecto SMARTSMOKE11 smoke
alarm has a lithium battery that lasts no less than a decade. It’s
energy-efficient and reliable. The high-quality optical sensor also has a
10-year lifespan. This ensures you will be alerted instantly if there is any
smoke or fire in your home for the next 10 years.
You obviously hope it’ll never be necessary, but in case of an emergency, the entire household will be alerted by the smart SMARTSMOKE in different areas of the house. Pair it with your smart lights and you can make all lights flash red in case of any smoke detection.
The SMARTSMOKE11 complies with all European standards such as EN14604:2005/AC:2008.
To ensure extra safety, the Alecto SMARTSMOKE11 Smoke Alarm comes with a battery that works for up to 10 years. The devices give a 'low' warning when the battery needs replacing, and the batteries’ lives can be monitored on the app.
The useful pause, test and reset button is particularly good to have. This large and inconspicuously looking key is easy to reach from a distance with, for example, the end of a broomstick.

Smoke alarm obligation starting 1 July 2022
Starting 1 July 2022, it is mandatory in the Netherlands to have a smoke alarm on every floor of your house and in confined spaces through which an escape route runs. The Dutch Building Decree is amended, which makes this a legal obligation to comply with. This applies to both homeowners and tenants, regardless of the building’s age.

Lijken leuke rookmelders maar in de doos zit een handleiding die niet klopt en de online gevonden handleiding bevat extra stappen maar die is ook niet duidelijk. Ben nu 2 uur bezig om de wifi werkend te krijgen en geef het op. Gelukkig werkt de rookmelder ook zonder wifi
De smart smoke wifi rookmelder is op geen enkele wijze ‘smart’. Te ingewikkeld om te installeren en uiteindelijk lukt het ook niet.
Tot nu toe heb ik maar 1 melder met wifi kunnen verbinden. De melder verwacht een bandbreedte van 2.4ghz, maar mijn wifi van kpn geeft zowel 2,4 als 5 ghz. Hierdoor is het pas na 10 pogingen gelukt om 1 van de 3 te verbinden.
Van support heb ik helaas nog geen reactie ontvangen.
L'appareil en lui-même est bien. Mais j'ai le matériel depuis 5 jours mais n'ai pas encore franchi toutes les étapes pour le connecter au WIFI. Sans compter que pour faire reconnaître l'appareil au réseau il faut laisser le bouton test appuyé, c'est-à-dire le bruit de 85dB pendant près de 2 minutes ! Mes chats sont affolés !
L'Appareil und Lui-Maime Est Bien. Mais j'ai le matijriel depuis 5 jours mais n'ai pas Encore Franchi Toutes Les ijtapes gießen le Connecter au wifi. Sans comt que pour faire reconnaaitre l'appareil au rijseau il faudler le bouton test Appuyij, c'est-à-dire le bruit die 85db-Anhänger Flossen die 2 Minuten! Mes Chats Sont Affolijs!
