When can I expect my order?
Of course we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Do you order on working days before 7:00 PM? Then we will ship your package on the same day. Do you order on working days after 7:00 PM? Then you can assume that you will receive the package within 2 working days. Do you place an order on the weekend? Then we will prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order under €30,-. Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL parcel.
See who is at the door without opening the door with the Alecto SMART-RING20. With this Smart Wifi doorbell with camera you can see who is ringing the doorbell, wherever you are. You will immediately receive a push notification from your smartphone and/or tablet via the free Smart Life app. Even if you are not at home, you can talk to the person at the door via this app.
The Alecto SMART-RING20 video doorbell has good image and sound quality. You can also see who is at your door in the dark thanks to the IR night lighting. When you ring the bell, the bell lights up, so you can see this person very clearly. The doorbell is dust-free and splash-proof (IP54).
It has an SD card connection (up to 128 GB). All video images with motion are automatically saved to the SD card. This is free and there are no subscription costs.
The wireless doorbell works on WiFi and can be connected directly to the (home) network without any problems. No bridge or gateway is required for this. The doorbell is connected to the free Smart Life App of Tuya which can be downloaded free of charge for all iOS and Android devices. All Alecto Smart Life products can be managed in this app.
For example, the SMART doorbell can also be used in home automation scenarios. This allows you, for example, to set the lamp to flash when the doorbell rings, so that you can really be sure that someone is at your door.
You can install the Alecto SMART-RING20 as a new doorbell or connect it to your existing doorbell. The camera works on the existing doorbell with 8-24V transformer. It is also expandable with the wireless SMART-RING-BELL from Alecto. Since the bell comes with a corner bracket, it can be placed at an angle with the supplied mounting material. The viewing angle is 55 degrees vertically and 100 degrees horizontally.

Prima deurbel ik had eerst een ring deurbel die is stuk gegaan deze is prijs en kwaliteit top. Als je de instructies goed lees is hij zo geïnstalleerd.
Kan alleen niet vinden of er een draadloze bel voor is.
Het heeft veel tijd in beslag genomen om te installeren. Ik heb er een elektronica specialist moeten bij roepen. Een elektronische bel is ééntje op batterijen. Mijn bestaande bel had beiden : op batterijen én 220V. Na 4u puzzelen en testen, werkt alles nu zoals het zou moeten. Goede kwaliteit beeld, ook in het donker. De bewegingsdetector is iets te gevoelig en blijft dus uit staan.
Bel werkt prima. Sinds juni 2023 in gebruik. Nu wil ik m eindelijk eens delen met m'n vrouw, maar dat is letterlijk onbegonnen werk. Géén handleiding van te vinden hoe dit binnen de app moet worden gedaan. En dit is nou juist van belang voor als mijn vrouw af en toe alleen thuis is. Graag een handleiding, en snel #ALECTO!!! Dit is gewoonweg slecht!!!!
alles opnieuw installeren lukt me niet, als digibeet, dus alleen de bel, geen beeld..
een kennis van mij met meer kennis lukt het ook niet, hoera
Heel slechte handleiding , ook de klanten service laat te wensen over , deze kunnen je geen duidelijkheid verschaffen .
