When can I expect my order?
Of course we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Do you order on working days before 7:00 PM? Then we will ship your package on the same day. Do you order on working days after 7:00 PM? Then you can assume that you will receive the package within 2 working days. Do you place an order on the weekend? Then we will prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order under €30,-. Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL parcel.
The DVC-25 is an additional indoor doorbell as an extension of the existing Wi-Fi DVC-1000 doorbell with camera from Alecto. The DVC-1000 is a wireless doorbell with camera that can be installed next to your front door and connected to your network. Once you do, you will always have an image and sound connection to your door. Talk to the person at the door via the free Alecto Cam app, which you can download on any Android or Apple smartphone or tablet. The camera has a motion sensor, enabling you to see who is outside your front door, even if you don’t hear the doorbell.
