When can I expect my order?
Of course we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Do you order on working days before 7:00 PM? Then we will ship your package on the same day. Do you order on working days after 7:00 PM? Then you can assume that you will receive the package within 2 working days. Do you place an order on the weekend? Then we will prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order under €30,-. Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL parcel.

Time-out, hush, test and reset button
If there is a fire, the SA-110 DUO will advise you promptly with a very loud alarm. If the fire is small and you manage to put it out, you can manually turn off the alarm. It is advisable to test your smoke detectors often, and you use the same button for this. For extra easy use and safety, the entire front is the Hush-button / Test button.
This way you can never miss the button especially if you are using a stick or broom to push it.

Alecto SA-110 QUAD - Rookmelder met 10 jaar sensor en batterij, 4 pack
in 2022 gekocht met onvervangbare batterij die 10 jaar zou functioneren.
Reeds na 2 jaar begon het gepiep en kon ik hem wegbrengen
Heeft gelukkig nog niet gewerkt 👍
Drie jaar geleden gekocht en geïnstalleerd. Sinds kort gaat hij zomaar af. En stopt ook zomaar weer. De eerste keer pas na lange tijd. Nu in een nacht al twee keer kort. Ik probeer hem onklaar te maken, maar de Batterij is ingebouwd dus niet er uit te halen. EN… ik was het rode pinnetje kwijt! Alecto reageerde supersnel op mijn hartekreet, legde uit wat er aan de hand kon zijn (stof, vliegje) en hoe je de rookmelder uit kunt zetten. Met een rood pinnetje dus. Nu krijg ik een nieuwe rookmelder toegestuurd! En ga ik dus heel zuinig zijn op dat rode pinnetje en de rookmelder regelmatig stofzuigen. Dank!
