When can I expect my order?
Of course we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Do you order on working days before 7:00 PM? Then we will ship your package on the same day. Do you order on working days after 7:00 PM? Then you can assume that you will receive the package within 2 working days. Do you place an order on the weekend? Then we will prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order under €30,-. Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL parcel.

4 stuks gekocht bij de kruidvat vanwege de lange batterij duur. Na 1.5jaar de eerste leeg. Na 2 jaar de 2e leeg en mou een maand later begint de 3de ook al. Een absolute afrader!!!
Na 1.5 jaar maakt het apparaat een piep geluid.Na een week geen geluid.Als ik het knopje indrukt hoor ik wel een piep geluid. Maar het lampje brand niet meer om de 40 sec.Ik vraag me af of het apparaat nog goed werkt.Is dit de 10jaar garatie.Ik ben echt teleur gesteld.
Koop deze rotzooi van Alecto aub niet. Net 1,5 jaar in bezit. Begint ineens heel de nacht zo om de minuut te piepen. Adverteren met Hoge kwaliteit, betrouwbaar, sterke batterij, goed voor het milieu enz........ WERKELIJK Hahaha.
Wat een top service! Aanvankelijk had ik een slechte review geplaatst (1 ster), omdat de batterijen van de rookmelders al na 2 jaar leeg waren. Alecto reageerde direct en stuurde snel drie nieuwe rookmelders op (ander type). Heel erg fijn. Bij dezen 5 sterren voor de service!
we hebben een paar jaar geleden de Alecto SA-210 gekocht. Er staat op dat hij tot 2031 moet werken. Nu geeft hij elke 40sec een piepje, ten teken dat de batterij leeg is (?) Op google lees ik meer van deze berichten van anderen. De batterij is een knoopcel die je niet kunt vervangen. Zeer irritant piepje. Hoe stop ik dat?
