Fire protection for spaces unsuitable for smoke detectors
The operation of this heat detector is similar to a smoke detector. While the smoke detector sounds an alarm when smoke is detected, the heat detector does so with heat. The main features of the device are:
- The alarm signal when detecting a temperature higher than 54 degrees Celsius.
- Suitable for use in spaces where a smoke detector would go off incorrectly, such as the kitchen, garage, or bathroom.
- Loud alarm signal of 85 decibels, which you can hear even if you are in deep sleep.
- A self-test function to check if the heat detector is working properly.
- Easy and quick to install.
Complete your fire protection
To make your home or business completely fire-safe, you need a few things: smoke detectors, fire blankets, and heat detectors. Our heat detectors are delivered very complete, including the DC3V CR14250 battery with a 10-year lifespan. This battery powers the LED light, so you can always see if the heat detector is working. Is the battery running low? Then you get a low-battery warning.
