When can I expect my order?
Of course we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Do you order on working days before 7:00 PM? Then we will ship your package on the same day. Do you order on working days after 7:00 PM? Then you can assume that you will receive the package within 2 working days. Do you place an order on the weekend? Then we will prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order under €30,-. Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL parcel.

Het is een aanrader voor iedereen
hij is bij mij al 1 keer afgegaan, dit komt omdat ik nog een open geizer gebruik
(als je een open geizer gebruikt moet je altijd goed luchten en goede doostroom van zuurstof hebben in
omgeving waar de geizer is, of gewoon tijdens gebruik een raam open zetten ook in de winter)
als je hem zo bevestigt zoals aangegeven in de beschrijving,
dan doet hij het dus gewoon goed, dan heb je nog tijd om ramen en deuren gelijk te openen
en de geizer uiteraard uit te zetten.
hij gaf gelijk de CO waardes aan ( bij mij nog onder de 200 af te lezen in het venstertje) in het boekje staat bij welke CO waardes er worden
gemeten door deze CO melder, en wat je moet doen.
dus ik ben blij dat hij goed werkt.
Doet precies wat hij moet doen werkt simpel en handig op te hangen met bijgeleverde schroeven en pluggen
