When can I expect my order?
Of course we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Do you order on working days before 7:00 PM? Then we will ship your package on the same day. Do you order on working days after 7:00 PM? Then you can assume that you will receive the package within 2 working days. Do you place an order on the weekend? Then we will prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order under €30,-. Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.

Het display is niet verlicht en niet te lezen tijdens gebruik. Instellen kan alleen bij het raam of onder een lamp. Data gaan verloren als je hem uit het stopcontact haald voor beter zicht.
2 stuk aangekocht. Een morgen nodig gehad om de instellingen in te stellen. Mede door de onduidelijke handleidingen. Handleidingen met vergrootglas moeten lezen!! Meetresutaten uitlezen, volgens een handleiding, nadat het uit het stopcontact is gehaald. Blijkt dat alle meetgegevens wegvallen. Volgens instructie op een van de knoppen drukken!! Een medewerker geraadpleegd. Weet het ook niet te vertellen.
Jammer. Ik ben voor het verkrijgen van inzicht in het energie verbruik. Meten is Weten en Gissen is Missen. Van Alecto niet dit soort kwaliteit verwacht.
