The Alecto COA3920 carbon monoxide alarm immediately warns you in the event of carbon monoxide (CO) detection. The alarm has a lifespan of up to 10 years. The alarm is equipped with a stucco grainy wall structure and therefore hides itself inconspicuously and beautifully in almost any interior.
Key features
- The 10-year sensor ensures you have a safe alarm for a long time.
- The CO alarm comes with three AA batteries so you can use it straight away.
- The carbon monoxide alarm goes off when the concentration of carbon monoxide is too high, but also warns you of low concentrations.
- The carbon monoxide alarm clearly indicates what’s going on using sound and lights. For example, when the batteries are low or when the sensor’s life ends after 10 years.
- It comes with a bottom plate, screws and plugs for easy and quick assembly.
Wall-mounted housing
The carbon monoxide alarm’s housing, also known as a CO alarm, is remarkably inconspicuous. The alarm is equipped with a stucco granular wall structure. This way it hides nicely in most walls. The CO alarm is compact (78 x 110 x 37 mm (3 x 4 x 1,4")) and suitable for hanging as well as standing.
It also warns of low carbon monoxide concentration
Carbon monoxide alarms display the concentration of carbon monoxide in ppm. Ppm stands for parts per million, or number of parts per one million particles. It is required by law that CO alarms sound the alarm at a detected concentration of carbon monoxide over 50 ppm for 60 minutes. Even when you sleep, an alarm of >85dB will not go unnoticed.
A long-term presence of a low CO concentration is also harmful to your health. The Alecto COA3920 carbon monoxide alarm already gives a warning when a concentration of 30 ppm or less is detected for 60 minutes.
Additional insight on the display
The COA3920’s display provides additional insight. For example, the carbon monoxide concentration is displayed on the display at - usually - 000ppm. Furthermore, the display provides insight into the battery status and shows notifications when the CO concentration is too high, when it’s in test mode and if there are any error messages.
Highest quality
Like all Alecto carbon monoxide alarms, they are of the highest quality and comply with the European Standard (EN50291-1:20180). The Alecto COA3920 has a test button which allows you to periodically evaluate whether the carbon monoxide alarm still works properly. No more worries about carbon monoxide with this handy CO alarm!
The Alecto COA3920 is also available without a display as model COA1910.
