Lifespan 10 years

This sleek design smoke detector has a lithium battery that lasts no less than 10 years and is energy efficient and reliable. The high-quality optical sensor also has a lifespan of 10 years so you are assured for the next 10 years you will be immediately alarmed if there is smoke or fire in the house. This product comes with a 10-year warranty. If the battery is almost empty, you will receive a warning.

Big hush, time-out, test and reset key

The Alecto SA300 DUO features a large, yet discrete hush, time-out, test and reset button. The entire surface is a large button that you can easily press with the top of a broomstick. You no longer have to stand on a staircase to test the detector, switch off the detector or the alarm.

• The hush button is used when you temporarily want to stop the alarm from sounding.
  
• The time-out button is useful if you want to switch off the detector for a while when there is a risk of smoke development, for example when you are cooking with an open grill pan.
  
• It is recommended to test smoke detectors regularly. Always press the test button at least once a month or after a period of absence.

Easy installation

This compact smoke detector from Alecto is suitable for wall and ceiling mounting and is easy to install in the desired location. To make it even easier, it comes with a mounting base, screws and plugs. As soon as the smoke detector is clicked onto the mounting plate, the detector is activated. The best places to place smoke detectors are in the hallway or upstairs landing. These are often the escape routes if a fire breaks out in the house. If you want maximum security, install a smoke detector in every room where a fire could start. The SA300 DUO is also available per unit, SA300.
